One of NANOMOL group main targets is the education and training of new generations of bachelor and master students who want to start their academic or professionally oriented scientific carrier doing his/her Master and PhD degrees.
Under this framework, NANOMOL offers an excellent and solid scientific and technological interdisciplinary training developed in an international environment and focus not only towards fundamental research but also to the exploitation of advances towards innovative applications; in some cases in collaboration with private enterprises.

NANOMOL is placed inside the UAB Campus of International Excellence, which holds a leading position in the most prestigious and influent international university rankings (QS World University Ranking and the Times Higher Education World University Ranking) and gives access to premium scientific facilities such as, ALBA synchrotron light source, clean rooms, nanofabrication and nanocharacterization or advanced resonance and imaging techniques. However, due to the multidisciplinary nature of the research performed at NANOMOL, students will also have the possibility to access to the facilities and educational programs of many other high level institutions as those of the Polytechnic University of Barcelona (UPC), University of Barcelona (UB) or the virtual Biomedical Research Networking center in Bioengineering, Biomaterials and Nanomedicine (CIBER-BBN) to which NANOMOL is an active member.

During their training at NANOMOL students will participate in the weekly group seminars as well as frequently in conferences, seminars and workshops, either at a national and international level. (i.e International School in Molecular Materials).
